At Fifi Design, each piece of jewellery is handcrafted with care, meaning no two items are exactly alike. Slight variations in appearance from product images are a natural result of this artisanal process and are not considered defects.
However, if your item is defective or not as described, you may be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement. Please read the details below.
Returns and Exchanges
- Returns Accepted: Yes, but only for items that are defective or not as described.
- Exchanges Accepted: No, we do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
- Return Window: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.
- Return Method: By mail.
- Refund Method: Original payment method.
- Restocking Fee: None.
Eligibility for Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
We offer remedies in the following cases:
- Defective Items: If your jewellery has a manufacturing fault.
- Not as Described: If the item you received does not match the product description on our website.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Natural variations due to handmade craftsmanship
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Include the following:
- Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or transaction confirmation)
- A detailed description of the issue

Once we assess your claim and confirm the issue, we will offer one of the following remedies:

- A repair of the item
- A replacement with an identical or similar item
