I use my Magical Mermaids and Dolphin cards by Doreen Virtue regularly. They’re a lovely distraction and a magical way to take a few minutes for yourself. Affirmation
Affirmations are positive, present tense statements which are personal and goal oriented. There are so many you can use every day. Some days I’m quite specific, money, job, love, health or joy. You can say as many as you like. As long as you’re meeting the affirmation with action, you’re on the right track. It’s also a lovely way to come out of an unhappy mood. Practising positive thoughts everyday helps to make your day a little easier.
